The Covid-19 pandemic has been affecting the education field so much that educational process is changing to web-based instruction such as e-learning. aim of this research describe application an e-learning strategy for speaking skill in Arabic Language Center (PKPBA) Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang and students' opinions about it. This descriptive qualitative research. Data sources are teaching class 21 science technology department students. data collection tools used observation, interview documentation. As method analysis, it a analyzing consists stages: reduction, presentation, conclusion. study indicated at was applied by means WhatsApp, YouTube, Google Meet. consisted actions: 1) Before education: preparing WhatsApp group, giving materials form pdf video on YouTube link; 2) When teaching: sharing Meet link, explaining new vocabulary or phrases, reading exemplary dialogue text students imitate it, several practice dialogue, chance submit questions; 3) After evaluation through between students, they see attractive suitable its skill, effective improving their motivation when learning.
